Target vs. Canvass for a Cause

I’ve just read several articles about Target suing Canvass for a Cause, a gay rights group. lemme try and break it down- Canvass for a Cause is outside Target stores talking to people going into Target about gay marriage and getting them to sign a petition. Target has a policy not to allow any group to solicit and petition on their property… Target tells them to stop after complaints against the protesters outside for cornering them and whatnot. “about a dozen complaints a day since setting up in Oct.”. Gay rights group is saying that Target is picking on them cause they’re annoying and rude fags. now, anyone who knows me knows how I feel about this. I seen the gay protests after they donated money to the Republican candidate and the mess that was. Singing and blow horns and complete disregard and disrespect against the workers and the people shopping so I can just imagine some tacky fags and mean dikes outside the store harassing the people coming in. I’d complain too and I’m gay.
where is our self respect? where’s our sense of integrity? you want to protest, fine, go somewhere and quietly and respectfully, in nice clothing and in calm respectable tones, protest in places like parks and government property. you pay the taxes, you own the property. but not in front of Target or Chigger mart or where ever. and if you’re asked to leave, shut it down.
I’m for gay marriage but it’s not an issue for me. I’m Republican and will vote Republican but I’m not for some of their moral issues like gay marriage and anti-abortion. but I believe and I know they’re the right people for the job to keep this great country going. I don’t want to see myself lose my basic freedoms as an American to the democratic party that’s turning more socialist everyday. let’s get the republicans in and with respect and dignity get them to relax and wise up on moral issues. but the key to a successful protest is doing it so in a respectful and tasteful manor. and I’m sure the Canvass for a Cause is just the opposite.
anyways, now all the fags are claiming that Target is against gay people. which is fine with me if they think that- shop somewhere else. there’s enough smart and clean respectable people that will still shop there to keep the prices and products at the very best.
but as yourself- if you owned a business and the people outside are upsetting your customers would you be in the same mind set to remove them from your property? if you’re a gay business owner and Girl Scouts are outside cornering and scaring people away would you kick them off? it’s not the point of the group or the message- it’s the behavior. and Target doesn’t let anyone chill outside their property. no girl scouts, no salvation army, no anti-gay rights protesters, no KKK, etc..
gay America- wise up and simmer down. your stupid pranks are making us look worse and are hurting our chances at a greater acceptance in society.

the cozy truth

what is it with poor people hating rich people? when did this happen and why does it still exist? class warfare- sounds like jealousy to me. or a conspiracy.
yesterday when we where stopped on a 5 lane road for a school bus letting a bunch, a herd, of kids out at a trailer park I said “My mommy and daddy didn’t try hard enough so I live in a trailer park”. cracked me up. see, that’s my whole thing with the poor hating the rich- the poor just didn’t try hard enough. I’m technically poor and I like rich people. they’re an inspiration to me. when I grow up- I want to be rich. 
the conspiracy is this (and I’m not going to make perfect sense here…): someone somewhere came up with the idea that if we help poor people out and just make life easier for them then they’ll be forever grateful and be our besties. aka Democratic party with their section 8, food stamps and whatever else. get it- accept these assistances and vote for us forever.
only problem is that supporting the poor is costly and with everyone seeing their poor nigger friends in section 8’s and a roach infested kitchen stocked to the brim with food stamp food- it looks like the new American lazy way to live. yay! fun times. fleas, chiggers, roaches, the humiliation- kinda like shopping at Wal-Mart. anyways- it’s expensive to pay for all these lil niggers sooooo let's tax the rich more. they won’t notice it. they don’t need it. there’s people that would be otherwise dying in the street with out us, the Dem party, but we need money so the rich will pay for us like we pay for the poor. let’s take their inheritance. over tax their businesses. we can’t have them hiring poor people and paying them a decent wage so the poor grow up big and strong and leave us. we need these votes, America.
and that’s the hidden truth behind class welfare. jealous and the democratic party. it’s about power and popularity. the thing is the Dems are winning because so many Americans simply don’t try hard enough and so many rich people are nervous about the current situation that they’re unwilling to invest in our people and economy. and that’s the truth that isn’t heard because we have the media and celebrities against the rich. I don’t fully understand that one. my only guess is that they bare a grudge. maybe rich my default doesn’t teach you the smarts to protect your own money and invest in something other than the government.
if the media and celebrities are so for the poor being un-poor then why don’t they start up businesses or fund businesses so they can hire people and pay them a decent wage? why don’t they donate money to the nation debt? you know, instead of buying houses and cars and expensive clothing and then complaining on the Today Show while stroking their engorged tacky diamonds.
why does it all have to be so tragic when the solution is jobs? why are we paying $4 a gallon of gas when we have oil reserves that are untapped here in the USA? that’s jobs and more money people can spend paying bills and shopping which all grow the economy. and cheaper gas. why are we giving poor people nice section 8 homes and food stamps and spending all that money instead of giving them jobs? if they’re too stupid to work and spend their money appropriately then fuck them. I heard being homeless isn’t so bad after a couple of months.
and you know, section 8’s are high in crime and the kids growing up in those types of places don’t have very bright futures. unless they learn to rap well and make a few bucks doing that until they’re shot or die of drug overdoses. why not stop giving the drug addicts food and homes and give them rehab instead? sobriety can open peoples eyes. and if not, then, well, fuck them.
I’m just saying that all this assistance and class welfare isn’t doing anyone any good. there’s a better way and it’s all just a political game that we’re playing. and they’re winning but we, the people, are losing. all this help and we’re learning we’ll never be any better so we better get comfortable.

future past.

when you’re in a relationship just because they would do it- so would you, supposedly. even more annoying- just because an ex did it then all following relationships afterwards will do the same. there is no future. only the past and past mistakes. in gay relationships everything is drama. drama, drama, drama. is it because we’re gay we’re supposed to be so exotic and exciting? that because we’re not straight then everything is crooked? but you know, I’m wrong for saying all because there are mature gay relationships out there and mature gay individuals.
relationships are supposed to be about the individual not the stereotype. that’s supposed to be the whole point of a relationship- is that you like that person, not that they’re gay or straight or that they’re hot or that you like the same music and movies… they’re not about their fashion or how much money they have in the bank. it doesn’t matter who their friends are. it doesn’t matter if their family is completely insane. it doesn’t matter if you have sex every night or not. and if these things do matter then you’re in a relationship for the wrong reasons.
and you’re never going to like everything single thing about anyone. so quit looking for perfection. love isn’t perfect anyways.
I’m just saying that it’s always a good reminder to remember that you’re in a relationship with the person, an individual that isn’t, or ever is, going to be the same as anyone else. you can’t tell the future and can’t move forward in the past.

the fronts of social networking

these days you can be anybody you want on sites like Facebook and MySpace and etc… the fronts of social networking. these days anybody can be sexy and hip, they can be smart and funny, they can say whatever they want without real life regards. it’s so easy to take a good picture of yourself and say and do whatever you want behind a computer screen. the virtual reality of living: have they all gone viral or do they all have a virus?
people spend hours on social networking sites each day. these hours of trendy talk and sharing with “friends”- we’ve forgotten real social interaction with humans. but, that’s not my point because I could care less about interacting socially with the public. it’s just that I see such a major waste in socializing with people in such a detached way. there’s nothing personal in their daily lives and there’s nothing worth connecting to. there’s no personal in connecting with people on social networking sites.
who is the real person behind the picture and cleaver name that you’re talking to? in real life situations would you be friends? if their grandma peaced out for really real would you care? only if they take pictures and post them on Facebook. and if this person quits updating their page- how long before you forget the even exist?
just my point is that I don’t see the connection. if you really care about these people then there’s still the old fashion phone, you know they have these things called restaurants where people can go and eat and talk and have good times in real life. real life always creates greater memories and connects us deeper. so, I just saying if you wouldn’t want to hang out with these people in for real really life then where’s the bother in reading all their updates and being noisy with every picture they post to Facebook?
I can see some benefits with sharing information and pictures on social networks. a new album or novel is coming out from your favorite artist and you post it so others can know and experience. if a family member goes on vacation and posts millions of pics then that’s kinda fun to look at (but spare everyone the comments- for god sakes if you wouldn’t say that in person then simmer down with the keyboard). and I mean there’s more benefits but honestly if you’re using it for those proposes then you’re going to be on there for a total of 20 mins.
and another point is think of the time you can save with not spending hours and hours on social networking sites. you could read a book and gain knowledge, you could create something that’s really fucking cool (and then, like, take a pic of it and, like, totally post it on Facebook), you could take a walk, you could clean your house… your mind would be clear and the real people you interact with in real life become more important to you. you find that you don’t miss looking at every whore pic and every comment people you don’t even barely know post. you find that you don’t miss those people.
I should make the point that I deleted my Facebook and MySpace account long time ago but I have a twitter account. and my twitter account is for artist and political people updates. some celebrities I like. and for news updates. I spend probably 5-10 mins a day looking at it. I think I have my cousin and my boyfriend on there and that’s all. people, with their silly comments and god damn internet way of writing these days- to, you know, sound like they’re right there with you, just annoy the every lasting piss out of me.

PJ Harvey

I never talk about music on here but the latest PJ Harvey album, Let England Shake, has inspired me to do so.
Of coarse, every PJ album is not comparable to the last or next by sound and Let England Shake is very good. But it's not To Bring You My Love or Is This Desire. Where as those are set aside from the rest is that they have songs that invoke intense emotions from me while LES is very good but I feel like no tracks stand alone.
I miss the old days of PJH with songs like ‘Missed’ that had me stomping my feet and slamming my steering wheel to the lyrics and music, ‘Long Snake Moan’ makes you realize PJH isn’t fucking around, ‘Working For the Man’ makes you listen with great anticipation for the explosion you can feel the music building but when the song never does you’re not unsatisfied but electrified. The song ‘Teclo’ invokes emotions for anyone who’s loved and never gotten or lost. ‘My Beautiful Leah’ gives you chills. ‘The Wind’ takes you away in the atmosphere of the song- it loses you for a full four minutes and then you’re back as if awakening from a dream. ‘No Girl So Sweet’ is another steering wheel / petal to the metal song as is ‘Naked Cousin’ from The Crow: City of Angels soundtrack.
Even the singles where better back then. To the sing along ‘Down By the Water’ to the whore anthem ’C’mon Billy’. ‘A Perfect Day Elise’ comes out of your speakers loud and demanding your attention. You used to not be able to ignore PJH.
Stories from the City, Stories from the Sea was the seeming turning point from PJH from intense raw emotion to that of a more mature and muted and cryptic sound. Where as that album and all her albums are great- that’s where she lost me. Stories has a few stand alone songs like ‘The Whores Hustle and the Hustlers Whore’ and ‘This is Love’ but the rest of the album seems like one long song. As is the same for Uh Huh Her and White Chalk and Let England Shake. I don’t mind albums of that nature if they’re supposed to be of that nature like Nine Inch Nails’ The Fragile (my most favorite album of all time and as it’s supposed to be all connected and a flowing album each and every song stands alone). But one long, very good song… Lets face it- that’s kinda boring. At least Uh Huh Her provided me with some of that raw emotion on the tracks ‘The Letter’ and ‘It’s You’.
I’m not giving a negative review on PJ Harvey. Just stating that I miss the mid-90’s PJH. The one that wasn’t fucking around and you couldn’t ignore.

You can see that it’s a Planned Parenthood rally in the back and the reason for the attack on Republicans on this one is that Republicans made a budget cutting proposal that included cutting funding for Planned Parenthood. America is broke. Something needs to be cut and considering abortion and birth control and other contraceptives are a subject America is divided on I don’t see it fair that everyone’s tax dollars should pay for it. There are plenty of rich celebrities and politicians and rich liberals out there that could donate to Planned Parenthood. It can survive with enough motivation.

do you ever have one of those days you just mess up everything you do and you’re just about ready to go insane or break something?! this is my day. so I’m getting away from it all and listening to Crystal Castles. and drinking coffee. and smoking Marlboro Mediums.
I wanted to talk about this thing I saw on FoxNews.com about this brain dead vegetable baby and the hospital took it to the home of the parents so they could take it off life support and it can peace out. and people are upset my this. go figure- soccer moms and hippies / people that think nothing should be killed, regardless of it’s state. so… they want the dead thing to just shrivel up on life support and live forever and the parents are to have this huge hospital bill? or are my tax dollars supposed to pay for a rotten vegetable of a child? children- we have too many of them anyways. and no one knows how to parent them. schools are over crowded and suck. and don’t blame the Republicans over anything education regarded because the Dem’s have ruled that shit for decades now.
but the Republicans are to blame for anti-abortion views. and the Christians. Christians / zombies / vampires… personally, abort them all till you have the intelligence and bank roll for raise a child. and if you can’t afford either ever then you’re an under achiever and shouldn’t pro-create. and you only get one. I mean, like, drown the rest during their baptism if you’re too weak and immature to abort. people these days, all of them are mature enough to have sex but can’t properly raise their kids. fuck pro-life and fuck pro-choice / I’m pro-abortion. America- when are we going to wake up? we’re broke and over populated! who cares if some crippled baby gets it’s life support taken away. do it to about 100,000 more and then we’ll be thinking right. let’s just not have kids for, like, 10 years. and then let’s make a law that you can only give birth to a child during an old numbered year. like, they can have babies this year but they better hurry kuz if it’s born after January 1, 2012 then we’re breaking it’s neck and throwing it in the trash can. or sending them to china to work in sweat shops and send us money back.
